Phil Gaziano, MD

Phil has 15+ years of experience as a clinician and 10+ years as an administrator in a variety of key roles. He has led several HMO health plans including GE Commercial, Medicare Advantage for Massachusetts. He has been CMO for 3 types of hospitals (Acute, LTAC, Acute Rehab) as well as 3 types of sub-acute facilities (Skilled Nursing, Long-term Care, Sub-acute Rehab). He has been Medical Director for Homecare, Hospice, Physician groups, IPAs and Specialty Physician Providers where he found novel ways to improve care delivery. 

Phil served as a member of AMA's Innovator Committee from 2010 to 2014.  Phil is an advisor to American College of Surgeons and American College of Physicians. 

Phil received his MD and undergraduate degree from West Virginia University.
