John Wood, Esq., Deputy General Counsel

John is the Deputy General Counsel to Quality Health Ideas, Inc. and the Chief Compliance Officer for Physicians Accountable Care Solutions, LLC, the second largest Medicare Shared Savings Program in the United States with over 110,000 attributed beneficiaries. 

John is an expert in compliance with federal administrative and regulatory regimes, and has experience as in-house counsel advising closely-held companies in corporate compliance and sustainability strategy.

John is a thought leader in corporate sustainability and legal compliance, having delivered books, research articles, and keynote presentations across the US. John worked in an array of non-profit organizations using legal resources to promote environmental and human health, including Natural Resources Defense Council and the Institute for Policy Integrity.

John holds a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and undergraduate degrees, summa cum laude, from Texas Christian University. 

Wayne Daignault, Director of Data & Delivery

Wayne has 20+ years of experience in the Information Technology space, studying and implementing database solutions and technology. 

Prior to joining QHI, Wayne served as Manager of Informatics for Prohealth Physicians, where his team owned the data warehouse for Prohealth and specialized in GPRO and PCMH reporting for the ACO.   Wayne’s team also built sophisticated analytical models for primary care physicians based on Prohealth and CMS CICs.  

Prior to Prohealth, Wayne was a VP in the Database Services Division of Global Technologies for Fleet Bank/ Bank of America.

Chris Mirabello, Director of IT and Information Security

Christopher has 15+ years in Information Technology. Chris has implemented and run a variety of systems and processes, including: virtual private cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery plans and data security.

Prior to joining QHI, Christopher was the Regional System and Storage Delivery Lead for a premier data center and managed services provider.  

Prior to that Christopher worked for a leading medical managed services provider in the New York City Metro area. He was instrumental in planning infrastructure and application solutions for new facilities. He also planned and implemented upgrades for large healthcare systems in Manhattan to include medical schools and hospitals. After Hurricane Sandy he and his team were critical in restoring backups so doctors had access to their medical records.

Ed Dombrowski, Special Advisor

Ed is a Special Advisor to QHI, and provides thought partnership in all infrastructure design and implementation.

Ed has a diverse experience in computer systems design, development and life-cycle, with a broad range of experience in Internet, PC/Client server, and Host mainframe environments. He has continuously demonstrated the ability to work closely with all levels of management and staff to design and develop successful business system solutions. 

Ed has designed, created and maintained numerous Web presences and has become an expert in Internet system architecture, web design and development, and network connectivity. He combines strong design and analytical ability with proven adaptability to various technical environments.

Tom Gaziano, MD, M.Sc, Rhodes Scholar, Special Advisor

Tom is a Special Advisor to QHI, and provides input on chronic condition management, disease prevention and product innovation.  Tom is jointly appointed to the Divisions of Cardiovascular Medicine and Social Medicine and Health Inequalities at Brigham & Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and the Department of Health Policy and Management, Harvard School of Public Health.

Tom’s research includes the development of decision analytic models to assess the cost-effectiveness of various screening, prevention and management decisions. Tom leads the Harvard Institute of Global Health and has led projects organized by the World Bank, WHO, and the Fogarty International Center, NIH and has been funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Tom received his MD from Harvard Medical School and his M.Sc from Harvard School of Public Health. 

Michael Gaziano, MD MPH, Special Advisor

Mike is a Special Advisor to QHI and leads development of our patient portal and specialist focused modules, and actively supports the design of care plans.  

Mike an internationally recognized chronic disease epidemiologist with a particular interest in the roles that individual lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, smoking), metabolic factors (obesity, high cholesterol, and hypertension), and biochemical and genetic markers play on the risk of coronary artery disease and stroke.

Mike is Department Head for Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a professor at Harvard Medical School. Mike oversees research on the national Veterans Affairs database, with over a million member lives.

Mike has 500+ publications and received his MPH from Harvard School of Public Health and MD from Yale University School of Medicine. 

Sean Rad, Special Advisor

Sean Rad is the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Tinder, a mobile dating platform that supports almost 100 million users worldwide.  Sean brings a wealth of knowledge on how to scale a technology-product focused organization, as Tinder at one point, supported 70 million users with 65 FTEs.  

Sean is passionate about improving the healthcare industry and provides an active sounding board for QHI leadership, as the Company navigates through hyper growth.
